Glow-in-the-dark hair reacts to UV light. Leave them exposed to sunlight for a few minutes to “charge” them up and the glow, baby glow! Glow-in-the-dark hair cannot be exposed to high temperature heat. Store in their plastic sleeves and ssmooth with a wide-toothed comb.
