Magic Manes uses only synthetic hair for our hair extensions.

It is a well-kept secret that human hair dealing has many ethical issues that our company cannot support.

Can I wash my Magic Mane?

There is no need to frequently wash your Magic Mane because unlike your own hair, body oil will not be building up on your extension. If you do need to wash your Magic Mane, we recommend using baby shampoo with warm water and air drying it in a hanging position.

How does my Magic Mane stay in place?

Your Magic Mane is shipped complete with a stretchy, comfort wire already attached. You may wish to shorten the length of the wire by holding onto the metal clamp bead and pulling the tail end with a pliers. If the wire doesn't easily pull, use your pliers to gently open the bead a bit. When you are happy with the fit, clamp down the metal bead.
Alternatively, if you prefer a more fixed placement, we recommend replacing the stretchy wire with a piece of translucent fishing line. Use a needle to sew it in place and knot the ends. You will want to measure it first on the crown of your head to get the exact length.

What colors are available?

We currently offer 3 color choices: Tutti Fruity - Purple/Pink; Neptune - Teal/Aqua; Jellybean - Purple/Aqua. Sign up for our newsletter to get updates about new products.
What is the difference between the curly version and the straight version?
We offer Magic Manes in two textures - curly and straight. Both styles are 22" long but the curly option comes pre-curled. The straight option is silky smooth.

Can I curl my Magic Mane?

Generally, you can apply a curling or straight iron under 275 degrees or below. We recommend testing a small section underneath your hair extension first. Hold the curl in your hand until it cools to help it keep it's shape.

How much is shipping? How long will it take to receive my Magic Mane by mail?

Shipping is FREE to any US address via USPS first class mail for all regularly priced items. Allow 5-7 days for your order to be received.

How do Pre-Orders work?

If you noted that the item you wish to order is marked "Pre-Order," the item is currently back ordered but on its way to our warehouse. We will list the expected ship by date so you will know the length of delay before we can ship that item to you.

We will ship both in stock and pre-ordered items together when they are both available. If you wish to have the in-stock items shipped immediately, please select the "Partial Ship" option at checkout.

Your satisfaction is a top priority for us. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please return it at your expense for a full refund. Returned or exchanged hair extensions must be unworn and remained packaged in order to be refunded or exchanged. Custom made orders are not refundable.  Contact us for more help.
